In Vlog #5 I was motivated by a sight in the gym. This kid that appeared to be about 10-12 years old and about 150 lbs was training with a personal trainer.
I was happy and sad at the same time about the state of his life physically. Not having been a fat kid, but knowing fat kids, and seeing fat kids/adults talk about the difficulties that came with being fat, I was motivated to make this video.
Should a 10-year-old be the same weight as a grown man? I don’t think so, but hey maybe I’m wrong.
